Case Study Contracts & Business Law Graham is anxiously involved in negotiating a deal to purchase a vintage Mustang from a fellow student. He enters into an enforceable oral contract to purchase the car and then discovers that he was mistaken about which car he was offering to buy (the seller has two cars).
