Devin has been working for months hand painting the skateboard he made himself. He is a huge fan of Lacy D. The night after the big Lacy D concert, Devin and his friends come home and download her music for free off the internet despite his father’s admonition that doing so is stealing. The next day, Devin takes his prized skateboard out for the first time ever. It rides like a dream. But when he leaves it in his friend’s care for just a moment, someone steals it. Devin is heartbroken.
