1.  How do you think Lacey D’s situation with copyright violation differs from a more well-established artist like Pearl Jam? Do you think people would have more or less empathy for Pearl Jam? Why? Do you think the laws should be different for new artists than for older artists? How could this type of arrangement be set up to be fair for everyone?
